As a high schooler in rural Kentucky, Kris Kelley started a successful t-shirt design business (L7concepts). After learning about RDF's encouragement of entrepeneurship in Kalleda, he came to Pai Junior College to teach a course on entrepeneurship and help students start a small business selling photos. Using cameras available through the Kalleda Photo Project, the students only had to buy a desktop printer. |
