Located on land donated by the Erraballi family of Kalleda, and with major funding by Puzzolana Machinery Fabricators of Hyderabad, Pai Junior College began in January 2007 with a ground-breaking ceremony attended by E. Dayakar Rao, M.L.A. |

The college was inaugurated on 28 June, 2007. |

A puja was performed to consecrate the site. |
|
On 29 June, the first class was held. |
|
By 2008, the school soon had a strength of 350 and it was on its way to being one of the best colleges in the state. |
